Jeff called me the same day I made it known that my AC had failed. Within hours, he was at my house confirming a diagnosis that had already been provided by Goettl. I declined their services because the quote was astronomical! Jeff did verify that I had a seized motor, but in addition, he evaluated the overall health of my AC unit. Rather than try and talk me into a new unit, he believed we could stay within our means and simply repair the one we had. 24 hours later, my AC is up and running beautifully! Jeff was quick and thorough in his repairs. Once the motor was replaced, the AC was further evaluated based on performance, and it passed with flying colors. Now, here is the best part for all of us consumers: the price for the parts and labor was affordable, well within our budget, and warrantied. No price gauging! Jeff himself was polite, attentive to our issues, honest, and friendly. He sold us on his desire to take care of our concerns with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I can not recommend Air Support Cooling and Heating, and their technician, Jeff highly enough.

My experience with Jeff Crone from Air Support was outstanding. I have been considering removing and replacing all of the original duct work in my home from 1979 for some time and interviewed several HVAC and Duct Work companies before making a decision. I chose not to go with other companies for several reasons including inflated pricing, lack of responsiveness, and lack of expertise.From start to finish, Jeff demonstrated professionalism, was always on time, took the time to listen and understand what the underlying problems were. Based off his extensive experience with duct work, he created a cohesive plan that made sense and worked well for my home. Jeff had pointed out several problem areas that other companies failed to mention or even address. He was thorough in his work and patient with all my questions. Aside from that, the project was priced fairly. I highly recommend Air Support.
